About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data products for HR, Legal, and Corporate Development functions accountable for scope, schedule, cost and quality.
- Manage and develop a delivery team including hiring, coaching, and performance management for employees and contractors.
- Oversee portfolio financial planning, governance, Agile delivery practices, and ensure compliance with architecture, privacy, and security standards for sensitive data.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/Computer Science/Mathematics/Engineering), Master's or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 14 years of relevant IT delivery experience; 8+ years leading data, analytics or application program/project delivery in global organizations.
- At least 4 years of direct people leadership experience managing engineering teams of employees and contractors.
- Experience working with confidential HR, Legal, or Corporate Development data and familiarity with data privacy and security requirements.

- Experienced in managing complex AI and data delivery portfolios focused on HR, Legal, and Corporate Development domains involving sensitive data.
- Skilled in Agile delivery at scale with a strong command of program and portfolio management, financial planning and executive stakeholder communication.
- Leader with proven capability in building and coaching inclusive, high-performing teams in a matrixed, global, multi-time zone environment.
