About This Role
- Drive and structure key data centre operational excellence, governance, and compliance initiatives across APJ region.
- Advise on and shape operational assurance and risk compliance for new and existing data centre builds to support rapid expansion.
- Manage operational risk assessment, business continuity, emergency response drills, and embed improvements from assurance findings.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in operations, engineering, risk, compliance, governance, quality, or related field.
- Experience in operational governance, assurance, compliance, risk management, or operational excellence.
- Experience in critical infrastructure, data centre, engineering, utilities, facilities management, or similarly high-reliability environment.
- Ability to travel regularly across operational sites within the APAC region.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven capability to analyse complex operational issues and identify systemic risks and improvements across multi-site data centre environments.
- Experienced in leading operational risk controls and compliance in a high-reliability, regulated infrastructure setting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional groups and influence governance frameworks regionally.
