About This Role
- Lead onboarding of brands into the Amgen Design System, managing roadmaps, timelines, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
- Ensure design-to-implementation fidelity by working closely with engineering, maintaining consistency, accessibility, and usability across multiple brands.
- Establish and maintain workflows for development, testing, deployment, and monitor performance metrics including A/B testing and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in web development, content management, or digital product leadership with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- 5-9 years overall professional experience in related fields.
- Proven expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud products including Adobe Assets, Sites, Creative Suite, Content Analytics, and Workfront.
- Strong skills in Figma and understanding of frontend technologies (Bootstrap, ReactJS, Handlebars, Angular, CSS3, HTML5).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with design systems, UX workflows, and multi-brand architecture to effectively manage scalable UI components.
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Adobe Experience Manager as Cloud Service for modern CMS ecosystems.
- Ability to support distributed/global teams and manage stakeholder communication across time zones.
