Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Dealing, Registration, Settlements, Payments, Hurdle Rate, Crystallization, Management and Incentive Fees, Reconciliation, and regulations such as FATCA, ERISA, North America regulatory environment.
Shift: Must be able to work 6:30 PM IST (North America hours).
Experienced in managing and supervising TA teams, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle escalations effectively.
Familiar with Mutual/Private Equity Fund administration processes and North American regulatory frameworks.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration and driving process improvements within a financial services operational environment.
