About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Provide technical leadership including defining backend design principles, coding standards, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Drive backend integration across internal and external systems ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15 years of software development experience with strong backend application expertise.
- Hands-on proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and database design with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience with source control systems like Git and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale enterprise and distributed system backend development with deep knowledge of microservices and enterprise integration.
- Capable of leading technical design discussions, mentoring engineers, and setting best practices in backend architecture.
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex backend, database, and integration issues, with emphasis on secure and performant software delivery.
