About This Role
- Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams including frontend, backend, UI/UX, quality assurance, data engineering, and data management.
- Own technical direction ensuring scalable, maintainable, and secure engineering solutions aligned with business and product requirements.
- Drive engineering best practices, continuous improvement, coaching, and employee development with responsibility for performance evaluations and hiring support.
Minimum Requirements
- 14-16 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams covering frontend, backend, UI/UX, QA, and data engineering.
- Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri); Location: Office (environmental conditions).
