About This Role
- Build and enhance full-stack features and fixes for an enterprise SaaS performance management platform.
- Own small-to-medium features end-to-end, from design through production readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development tasks while ensuring correctness, testing, maintainability, and code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in full-stack development using TypeScript/JavaScript and backend technologies such as Node.js/NestJS or Python/Django.
- Experience with Front End Frameworks such as Vue or React and familiarity with REST APIs and SQL databases like Postgres.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack engineer comfortable using AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation workflows.
- Ability to manage AI-generated code outputs by verifying, correcting, and integrating them safely, balancing AI assistance with human judgment.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote, async environment and collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams.
