About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications that support Lam's semiconductor technology advancements.
- Drive adoption of internal software products across Lam, acting as single point of contact accountable for applications and key projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with application teams, process engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, optimize workflows, and integrate data between applications and databases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience; or Master’s with 3+ years; or PhD with no prior experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
- Work Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree level requires 5+ years experience; Master’s degree level requires 3+ years; PhD level can have no prior professional experience.
- Work Location Model: Hybrid with 'On-site Flex' (3+ days onsite) or 'Virtual Flex' (1-2 days onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in software application development with a focus on scalable, maintainable, and testable code in fast-evolving, agile product environments.
- Able to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks concurrently while aligning software capabilities with business and product roadmaps.
- Familiarity with semiconductor industry preferred but not required; comfortable working within matrixed internal and external partnerships.
