About This Role
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum practices to maintain delivery momentum and continuous improvement.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project workstreams end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business priorities and managing risks and dependencies.
- Serve as primary liaison for U.S. business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable plans and coordinating global, distributed technical teams across time zones.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid delivery role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project management principles.
- Experience supporting U.S. business stakeholders and working with global/offshore technical teams.
- Proficient with project and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience facilitating and managing complex enterprise technology initiatives involving cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at various levels including executives.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
