About This Role
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of accounting and bookkeeping firms across the US and Canada through structured outbound prospecting.
- Qualify potential channel partners against Plooto's ICP and book qualified discovery meetings to hand off to Partnerships and Channel Sales team.
- Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to refine messaging and target lists based on market feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B SaaS or fintech business development, SDR, or BDR experience with consistent outbound pipeline success.
- Experience with high-volume outbound prospecting and managing sales cadences across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM maintaining accurate pipeline data.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable on phone and asynchronous channels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to quickly qualify B2B professional services firms and manage discovery meetings efficiently.
- Experience prospecting into accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services firms, or channel/partner sales is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software ecosystems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero) and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
