About This Role
- Analyze operational data and financial reports to determine financial outcomes and reconcile transactions within Finance Operations.
- Lead financial planning reporting including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support major business decisions.
- Manage medium-small sized teams or work efforts with minimal guidance, influencing team and occasionally other teams' decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 14 years of work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Any Graduation degree required.
- Primary skill: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Experienced in handling moderately complex financial problems with ability to create or adapt new solutions.
- Understands strategic direction set by senior management and aligns team goals accordingly.
