About This Role
- Provide financial planning and analysis support focused on budgeting, forecasting, revenue reporting, and customer revenue analysis for Corporate Functions FP&A team.
- Manage data entry and analysis using financial tools such as Adaptive Planning and NetSuite to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports and presentation materials (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) ensuring accuracy, standardized formatting, and timely updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance; CA/MBA Finance considered advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or revenue reporting.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, NetSuite).
- Work mode: Hybrid in Noida with shift timing from 12 PM to 9 PM and flexibility to work extra hours as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in corporate functions FP&A supporting senior leadership roles like CFO and Chief People Officer.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills focused on ensuring clean financials and timely risk/opportunity identification.
- Comfortable working in a small team, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and coordinating cross-functionally with finance and accounting teams.
