About This Role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for IT and technology positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, ATS, and other platforms to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment approaches with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, specifically for IT and technology roles.
- Work location: Noida, with shift timings from 1-10 PM IST, on-site 5 days a week.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing strategies, social media recruitment tools, and ATS management.
- Experience in high-volume and niche skill hiring for technical positions.
