Total 5+ years of experience in a Software Development organization; 2+ years applying Agile Manifesto in software development and delivery.
Experienced in guiding software teams within Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum, with demonstrated capability in increasing team maturity levels.
Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework and Agile Project Management tactics, with strong facilitation skills for collaborative team environments.
Preferably has aviation industry experience with a strong technical background to understand software development processes.
