About This Role
- Lead and coach Scrum Teams to adopt Agile/Scrum practices and Scrum values to improve team velocity and maturity.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while removing impediments and shielding the team from distractions.
- Support transparency and communication within the team and with stakeholders, and assist Product Owners in backlog management using servant leadership principles.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams rigorously applying Scrum principles.
- Total 5+ years of experience in a Software Development organization; 2+ years applying Agile Manifesto in software development and delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in guiding software teams within Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum, with demonstrated capability in increasing team maturity levels.
- Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework and Agile Project Management tactics, with strong facilitation skills for collaborative team environments.
- Preferably has aviation industry experience with a strong technical background to understand software development processes.
