About This Role
- Lead and execute business operations strategy and governance to improve clarity, alignment, and execution discipline across Digital Product Life Cycle and Advanced Technology organization.
- Drive process improvements and organizational transformation using CORE methodology to simplify work, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
- Manage risk, financial/resource planning, and communication strategies supporting leadership decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility and strategic scope in business operations, operational strategy, or organizational improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
- CORE Professional Certification mandatory.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

- Experienced in developing and implementing long-range operating strategies and governance frameworks in large organizations.
- Strong expertise in data-driven decision making, KPI development, risk management, and financial/resource planning partnerships.
