Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time hours, approx. 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST.
Experienced in country-specific payroll compliance and government agency coordination in APAC markets (Australia, NZ, Singapore).
Proficient in handling operational tickets and documentation with attention to detail in time-sensitive payroll environments.
Capable of working autonomously with clear communication and prioritization in a cross-functional, fast-evolving global payroll platform.
