About This Role
- Own and manage payroll operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore including statutory payments, filings, pensions, and tax submissions.
- Resolve customer, compliance, and payroll issues with minimal supervision and manage escalations with detailed context and recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally and with government agencies to improve payroll accuracy, product quality, and operational workflows, while maintaining documentation and SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of payroll operations experience covering Australia, New Zealand, and/or Singapore with statutory filings and agency interaction.
- Experience managing payroll cases, audits, reconciliations, and recurring payroll deadlines independently.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time hours, approx. 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST.

- Experienced in country-specific payroll compliance and government agency coordination in APAC markets (Australia, NZ, Singapore).
- Proficient in handling operational tickets and documentation with attention to detail in time-sensitive payroll environments.
- Capable of working autonomously with clear communication and prioritization in a cross-functional, fast-evolving global payroll platform.
