About This Role
- Lead end-to-end audits of procurement processes including sourcing, vendor selection, contract management, and purchase orders to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Conduct vendor and contract audits assessing onboarding, tendering, bid evaluations, and contractual adherence to identify procurement deviations and risks.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and analytics, track closure of audit findings, and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to implement procurement best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in Procurement Audit, Internal Audit, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Controls, or Risk Management.
- Experience with procurement lifecycle audits and vendor compliance in sectors like Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, or Project-based organizations preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or Procurement preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in procurement audit with strong understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and risk management in project-driven industries.
- Capable of analyzing procurement spend data and identifying cost-saving opportunities with a focus on operational controls and compliance.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to drive audit insights into actionable procurement improvements.
