About This Role
- Lead development and delivery of core communication and care-delivery features on the CareHub platform, enabling efficient musculoskeletal care at scale.
- Provide technical leadership including architecture design, operational incident resolution, and mentorship of junior engineers.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities into workflows to enhance visit preparation, documentation, and care coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
- 10+ years of full-time professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience with React JS and Node JS/TypeScript.
- Role based in Bengaluru with hybrid work model requiring office presence 3 days/week and availability for late evening meetings aligning with San Francisco time zone.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior engineer capable of managing large-scale software projects and maintaining key code repositories within healthcare or regulated environments.
- Strong backend and distributed system fundamentals with practical knowledge of observability, reliability engineering, and performance tuning.
- Technical leadership experience including mentoring teams and balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic planning in AI-driven product development.
