About This Role
- Manage day-to-day master data operations across multiple domains (Item, Supplier, Finance, Customer) ensuring SLA adherence and data quality.
- Investigate and resolve master data incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Support business users, execute data quality governance, process improvements, and participate in MDM projects and operational enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Shared Services, Business Operations, Data Governance, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations, or related disciplines.
- Experience with MDM and ERP platforms such as Syndigo/Riversand, SAP, SAP MDG, JD Edwards, Oracle, or comparable systems.
- Experience working within an operational support environment with defined SLAs and service delivery expectations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational MDM service delivery with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex data issues independently.
- Comfortable working across global and matrix environments and collaborating closely with business, IT, and external partners.
- Proficient in executing process improvements, managing multiple priorities, and supporting cross-functional stakeholders in regulated or complex industries.
