About This Role
- Manage daily execution of Master Data Management operational services across multiple domains including Item, Supplier, Finance, and Customer Master Data.
- Resolve data incidents and work requests within defined SLAs, maintain data quality, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support data processes, troubleshoot issues, improve operational efficiency, and participate in MDM projects and enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Shared Services, Business Operations, Data Governance, or related disciplines.
- Experience with MDM and ERP platforms such as Syndigo/Riversand, SAP, SAP MDG, JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Proven experience working within operational support environments with defined SLAs, independently resolving issues and managing multiple priorities.

- Skilled in analytical problem-solving with a strong understanding of master data domains and data quality controls.
