About This Role
- Develop and maintain the Champion AI platform, including building features, agent infrastructure, and deployment support.
- Improve developer experience via tooling, documentation, and onboarding tailored for Applied AI engineers.
- Collaborate with business unit teams to design, deploy, and review Champion AI agents using Kubernetes, LaunchDarkly, and prompt engineering techniques.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience with Python and Golang, focusing on AI-driven systems.
- Proficient in async Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, pytest, Docker, PostgreSQL, Git, and AI-native development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
- Good understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols, and multi-agent architectures including prompt engineering and orchestration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with backend AI platform development and capable of working on both platform and agent-level engineering tasks.
- Familiar with prompt engineering, multi-agent system design, and deployment tooling such as Kubernetes and LaunchDarkly.
- Comfortable operating in complex AI-native software environments within manufacturing or industrial domains (though industry experience is optional).
