About This Role
- Lead development of Growth Data Platform by operationalizing ML models into real-time AI-powered decisioning systems.
- Deliver and maintain large scale software projects using Node.js/TypeScript and AI frameworks, focusing on observability, data trust, and AI workflow orchestration.
- Drive software architecture, tooling improvements, and mentor junior engineers in a hybrid Bengaluru and US timezone collaboration model.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in Node.js/TypeScript.
- 1+ year hands-on experience with LLM applications including prompt engineering and model integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock).
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain) and familiarity with AI observability platforms (LangSmith) and responsible AI practices in regulated environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling AI-native data platforms integrating machine learning outputs into operational pipelines.
- Strong capability to deliver complex projects balancing short- and long-term trade-offs, with hands-on involvement in AI workflow orchestration and observability.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role based in Bengaluru with overlapping work hours aligned to US Pacific Timezone for cross-continental collaboration.
