About This Role
- Lead reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of core developer platforms focused on AI-powered coding and developer productivity.
- Own day-to-day platform support, production readiness, and continuous improvement impacting developer trust and platform adoption.
- Manage incidents, availability, reliability, and adoption of developer tooling platforms with emphasis on observability and production support.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing globally distributed teams.
- 7+ years working in Agile, product-centric delivery models with cross-functional collaboration.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
- Deep expertise with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex/GPT, Anthropic Claude, and strong experience with observability tools like Datadog.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in large-scale AI-assisted developer tooling platform environments.
- Skilled in operational ownership and incident management for high-availability developer platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with product managers and engineering stakeholders globally to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.
