About This Role
- Manage and execute daily Master Data Management operations across multiple domains (Item, Supplier, Finance, Customer).
- Resolve master data incidents and work orders within SLA, maintaining data quality and compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support continuous improvement, data quality monitoring, and project tasks related to MDM.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-7 years experience in Master Data Management, Shared Services, Business Operations, Data Governance, or related disciplines.
- Experience with MDM and ERP platforms such as Syndigo/Riversand, SAP, SAP MDG, JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Work Experience Required: 4-7 years in relevant operational or data governance roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage operational MDM tasks independently in high-volume, SLA-driven environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting master data domains including Item, Supplier, Customer, Finance, preferably in regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing).
- Skilled in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel) and familiar with continuous improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
