About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ in application development and support to deliver desired outcomes.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand project scope and ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee application/project management with accountability for team leadership and delivery of enterprise software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in IT delivery management with 4-6 years leading development teams or managing technical projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, cloud-native development, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Experience managing client relationships and stakeholders; minimum team size led is 15.

- Experienced in enterprise software delivery with deep technical skills in Java and modern application architectures.
- Proven ability to lead large technical teams and manage complex client engagements end-to-end.
- Technical and managerial capability to bridge stakeholder needs and technical execution in an IT delivery setting.
