About This Role
- Own end-to-end program delivery including planning, risk, dependency, and escalation management across multiple teams or squads.
- Lead Agile adoption across distributed teams applying Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies; facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.

- Mandatory skills: Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), Jira (advanced usage), Confluence.
- Experience managing large and distributed teams with end-to-end program ownership.
