About This Role
- Own preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, management reports, and performance summaries.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities including Actual vs Budget and Forecast vs Actual variance analysis.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, FP&A, Management Accounting, or related finance functions.
- Qualifications: CA, Semi-Qualified CA, CMA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Experience in service-based or IT services environments preferred; exposure to manufacturing or multi-entity businesses advantageous.

- Strong accounting foundation combined with business acumen and ability to interpret financial data in business context.
- Analytical and detail-oriented professional comfortable handling both strategic and execution-level finance tasks.
