About This Role
- Lead and develop a team handling engagement letter validation and project code setup to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Oversee quality assurance and serve as primary escalation point for operational challenges in engagement onboarding.
- Drive process improvements, monitor service delivery and team performance, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in operations, professional services, shared services, compliance, or related functions.
- Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
