About This Role
- Lead complex financial analysis and forecasting across multiple finance functions and geographies to influence strategic business decisions.
- Advise and support business leaders on long-term financial strategies and cross-functional initiatives, including policy development and process improvements.
- Mentor and guide other analysts while representing the business unit in cross-regional and cross-functional planning processes.
Minimum Requirements
- First-level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
- Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst with experience in various finance functions.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial analysis skills.
- Work location: Hybrid; must work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
