About This Role
- Lead development and implementation of Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
- Design and optimize data models and ensure integration of data from multiple sources for efficient reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training and support to enable effective use of Power BI and data-driven decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; technical graduation preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience at a specialist level.
- Strong domain knowledge in insurance and proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, transformation, integration, and performance optimization.

- Experienced in delivering strategic BI insights within the insurance domain using advanced Power BI expertise.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable reports.
