About This Role
- Own analysis and problem-solving across large, complex data sets to support business decisions.
- Monitor, forecast, and review key performance metrics to measure business progress and impact.
- Design and execute experiments, generate insights through automation/self-serve platforms, and communicate findings aligned with strategic goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- Minimum 1 year of core analytics experience in analytics, data science, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, Python, Excel and BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks and foundational machine learning techniques like regression and classification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying advanced analytical methods and designing business experiments to derive actionable insights.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with business, product, and data engineering teams to improve data accuracy and instrumentation quality.
- Capable of independently managing unstructured work environments and translating data insights into compelling business stories aligned with organizational strategy.
