About This Role
- Lead configuration, development, and support of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Workday integrations and custom reports using EIBs, connectors, Workday Studio, and related technologies.
- Analyze business processes, conduct fit-gap assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver functional specifications and technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Workday platform including business systems analysis and full-cycle implementation/support.
- Strong hands-on skills configuring Workday features, integrations including ERP and third-party systems, and building custom reports and integrations.
- Experience developing functional design documents, conducting testing, and providing Tier 2/3 technical support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and integration projects with a focus on configuration and troubleshooting.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while understanding cross-functional impacts and maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, including offshore teams.
