Experience developing functional design documents, conducting testing, and providing Tier 2/3 technical support.
Experienced in end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and integration projects with a focus on configuration and troubleshooting.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while understanding cross-functional impacts and maintaining attention to detail.
Proven ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, including offshore teams.
