About This Role

- Experienced recruiter proficient in managing end-to-end talent acquisition cycles within industrial sectors like automotive, steel, or manufacturing.
- Strong collaborator capable of advising hiring leaders and creating sourcing strategies based on market intelligence.
- Comfortable working onsite in Mumbai with APAC 1st shift hours and engaging in direct stakeholder communication.
