About This Role
- Manage infrastructure reliability and performance to support business services using site reliability engineering practices.
- Implement and maintain operational DevSecOps processes including automation scripts, security measures, and system health monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address technical requirements, solve complex problems, and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with DevSecOps methodologies, infrastructure operations across Microsoft Azure, Windows/Linux environments, and application monitoring is preferred but not explicitly mandated.
- Travel up to 20% may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background or preference in Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics.
- Experience supporting eDiscovery applications (Relativity, Nuix), cloud and infrastructure operations, vulnerability remediation, and ITIL incident/change/problem management.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex infrastructure challenges, develop solutions for internal business services, and build meaningful stakeholder relationships while mentoring others.
