Experience supporting eDiscovery applications (Relativity, Nuix), cloud and infrastructure operations, vulnerability remediation, and ITIL incident/change/problem management.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex infrastructure challenges, develop solutions for internal business services, and build meaningful stakeholder relationships while mentoring others.
