About This Role
- Provide operational support for indirect procurement including coordination with domestic and overseas vendors and site supply chain teams.
- Create and follow up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders ensuring timely communication and management of procurement activities as per SLAs.
- Develop procurement MIS reports, automate processes, handle vendor queries, and participate in procurement meetings to identify cost, schedule, and risk improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Sc, BMS, or B.Com.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in shared services/global business services, supply chain consulting, operations, or service delivery management.
- Experience with procurement operations in SAP environment and knowledge of supply chain and sourcing.
