About This Role
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations including shipments, reverse logistics, warehousing, and container movements ensuring smooth execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and resolve issues.
- Maintain documentation, data accuracy, compliance and identify process improvements within country-level operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be located within commutable distance to Hyderabad, India (on-site requirement).
- Deep expertise in logistics, supply chain, or operations; preferably in pharmaceutical or cold chain industry.
- Proven leadership experience in international and cross-functional environments.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex operations and service center logistics including reverse logistics and container logistics in pharma or cold chain sectors.
- Capable of driving digital transformation and automation initiatives with strong proficiency in tools like Confluence, Jira, Excel, and dashboarding platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to present complex topics in a structured, executive-friendly manner.
