About This Role
- Design and develop scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-native microservices and APIs supporting rule-based and ML detection pipelines at enterprise scale.
- Build and operationalize streaming and batch data pipelines, ensuring immutability, lineage, traceability, and compliance auditing for alerts and workflows.
- Lead multi-team adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering tools, set measurable delivery and quality expectations, and build CI/CD pipelines with observability to reduce production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in building scalable, enterprise-grade cloud-native products with 2+ years in financial industry compliance domain.
- Expert in Java/Kotlin and Python programming, experienced with building headless APIs, microservices, and streaming architectures using Spark and/or Flink.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, EMR, S3), Elastic/OpenSearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL, CI/CD tools (ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and ML/LLM model production integration.
- Experience leading multi-team adoption of AI-assisted development tools, with knowledge of responsible AI use, security, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), and TDD methodology.
