About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of executive dashboards, scorecards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics solutions primarily using Power BI, with Tableau as a secondary tool.
- Define and govern reporting architecture including dashboard standards, workspace governance, Row Level Security, and performance optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into insights and guide developers on technical implementation and quality assurance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience in BI/Analytics Engineering or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Advanced Power BI development including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and dashboard performance tuning.
- Strong SQL skills, knowledge of dimensional modeling, star schema, data warehousing concepts, and KPI design.
- Experience with Tableau and modern analytics platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks preferred. Any graduation degree mandatory.

- Experienced in managing BI delivery with a focus on governance, security (Row Level Security), and scalable architecture in cloud-based environments.
- Capable of leading and mentoring mid-level developers across multiple technical skills including data modeling and report optimization.
