About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot software components within JPMorganChase's Trust & Security technology products with emphasis on secure, stable, and scalable delivery.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and team productivity, ensuring secure coding standards and peer validation.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met and drive improvements through data analysis and system insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability in a large corporate environment.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, including ability to validate and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows including data sensitivity, secure handling, and resiliency/security adherence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile development methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security) with practical exposure to entire software development life cycle.
- Skilled in designing secure and scalable enterprise software and using automation and AI tools strategically to enhance development outcomes.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and AWS certifications preferred, indicating ability to operate in and leverage modern cloud environments.
