About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java backend applications and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate in Agile teams to integrate user-facing elements and participate in system design and architecture decisions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and conduct code reviews for adherence to standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, design patterns, and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), and version control with Git.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS. Location requirement: Pune with occasional client travel; hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend development within Agile/Scrum environments delivering scalable, enterprise-level applications.
- Proficient with Java ecosystem including multithreading, concurrency, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices is advantageous for success.
