Software Engineer III - Java/AWS

Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, scalable software components within an agile team environment for Trust & Security products.

Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, ensuring outputs meet secure coding standards and pass peer review/testing.

Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and analyze large data sets to drive continuous improvement of software applications and system architecture.

3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.

Hands-on experience with system design, application development, debugging, and maintaining code using modern programming and database querying languages.

Practical experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, including validating AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies (CI/CD, application resiliency, security), and responsible AI use in engineering workflows with emphasis on security and data sensitivity.

Experienced in working within large corporate environments and agile teams focused on secure, stable, and scalable technology products.

Capable of critically evaluating AI-assisted coding outputs and guiding peers on secure and effective AI usage within engineering workflows.

Skilled in architecture design, with strong problem-solving ability using data insight to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
