About This Role
- Lead the design, automation, security, and operation of cloud-based engineering platforms to enable compliant and reliable digital product delivery.
- Provide organizational and technical leadership including workforce planning, talent development, and stakeholder engagement across platform engineering functions.
- Drive continuous improvement in developer experience, platform resilience, production reliability, and secure platform engineering within regulated enterprise environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 15+ years experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related fields with at least 5 years in people leadership or engineering management roles.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Kubernetes, containers, observability, and secure engineering in regulated environments.
- Experience managing strategic vendors and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders; work location Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
