About This Role
- Design and develop functional and automation test cases covering hardware, firmware, and software based on customer workflows and requirements.
- Create and maintain advanced test automation frameworks interacting with hardware and firmware layers, including validation of hardware-firmware integration and performance benchmarking.
- Provide technical leadership in QA methodologies, mentor junior QA engineers, and optimize testing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of QA engineering experience, including at least 4 years in solutions testing with functional and automation focus.
- Proven expertise in test automation frameworks for ASIC/SOC/firmware systems and strong skills in hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL).
- Proficiency in test automation programming languages such as Python, C, C++, SystemVerilog, or Tcl.
- Right to work in India and pass background and reference checks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hardware-firmware-software integration testing within semiconductor or embedded systems domains.
- Skilled at translating complex solution workflows into executable test scenarios and leading cross-functional collaboration with firmware, hardware, and product teams.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise with hardware debug tools and developing AI-based automation frameworks for reduced testing time.
