About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java backend applications including RESTful services and APIs.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to integrate frontend elements, participate in system design, code reviews, and ensure application performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems while adhering to coding standards and delivery timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Java development with strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, and design patterns.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot/Spring MVC/Hibernate and building RESTful APIs/microservices.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and version control systems (Git).
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS degree; base location Pune; occasional travel to client sites; hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend Java development with understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred.
- Able to contribute in Agile environments, collaborate across teams, and participate in architectural decisions.
- Capable of troubleshooting complex backend systems and adhering to enterprise-level coding standards and security practices.
