About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data lake architectures integrating diverse data sources including software development tools and connected devices.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions to provide actionable engineering, product, and business insights.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, governance, and operational monitoring while collaborating with cross-functional global teams for data-driven decision making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related technical role.
- Proficient in SQL and at least one modern programming language such as Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and cloud-based data platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced data engineer comfortable working with software engineering process data (source control, CI/CD, releases, telemetry).
- Skilled at translating stakeholder data requirements into scalable, high-quality technical data solutions supporting analytics and machine learning.
- Capable of operating effectively in distributed, cross-functional global teams with some India to US/EU timezone overlap.
