About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites for both internal initiatives and external client projects with focus on performance, responsiveness, and technical SEO.
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch to meet specific campaign and client requirements.
- Perform regular site maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate closely with marketing strategists, designers, and clients to translate creative designs into pixel-perfect, scalable web interfaces.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional experience as a WordPress Web Developer with a portfolio of live, high-quality custom WordPress websites.
- Advanced proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL, and deep understanding of WordPress architecture.
- Experience with custom theme/plugin development and page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg; ability to integrate third-party APIs.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years; Location: Remote; Employment Type: Freelance; Payment: Hourly-based.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling multiple WordPress development projects remotely with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to convert design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) into responsive, pixel-perfect websites aligned with marketing objectives.
