Design and evolve enterprise-scale data architectures and scalable data platforms for healthcare.
Build and optimize batch and real-time ETL/ELT data pipelines across healthcare data sources.
Lead and mentor Data Engineers while ensuring data quality, security, governance, lineage, and HIPAA compliance.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Data Architecture, including 3+ years with US healthcare data.
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, relational databases, data warehouses/lakehouses, and cloud platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Work schedule includes Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM SLST; must be available for potential full-time on-site work in Sri Lanka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex healthcare data complying with HIPAA and related data governance standards.
Skilled in developing data solutions for BI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, and LLM applications.
Capable of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid or on-site environment aligned with client deliverables.
