About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions; participate in solution design discussions and technical query resolution.
- Provide production support, incident management, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and manage deployments with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and Salesforce deployments.
- Experience using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating Salesforce with external systems and optimizing performance adhering to Salesforce security and governor limits.
- Capable of mentoring junior developers and involved in code reviews within agile delivery teams.
- Familiar with AI-based development tools (Agentforce AI, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and strong stakeholder communication skills.
