About This Role
- Develop and maintain modular, reusable, and scalable software components adhering to architectural and quality standards.
- Participate in requirement analysis, task estimation, sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of projects meeting quality and schedule targets.
- Implement and enforce development standards, conduct code reviews, manage risks, and maintain development documentation throughout project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
- 3 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET (8.0/10.0), SQL Server, and ORM using EF Core.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit) and web frontend frameworks like Angular, React, Vue.js or ASP.NET Core.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in asynchronous programming using async/await and knowledgeable in SOLID design principles and design patterns.
- Familiar with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern development environment tools such as Visual Studio (2019/2022/2026) and Visual Studio Code.
- Capable of proactive dependency and risk management, effective collaboration across time zones, and committed to continuous improvement through code reviews and design discussions.
