About This Role
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the strategy, delivery, integration, and lifecycle of research digital platforms supporting pharmaceutical R&D.
- Own the portfolio of research IT systems including ELN, LIMS, SDMS, and scientific data platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, compliant, and interoperable technology aligned with research priorities.
- Drive research IT strategy, stakeholder partnerships across R&D, platform modernization, operational excellence, and compliance with regulated system requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree advantageous.
- Minimum 15 years experience in technology product management, software engineering, research informatics, or enterprise app delivery.
- At least 7 years formal people-management experience leading technical teams in matrixed or global environments.
- Experience with laboratory or research systems (e.g., ELN, LIMS, SDMS), regulated system compliance, enterprise architecture, cloud, and integration technologies.
