Experience with laboratory or research systems (e.g., ELN, LIMS, SDMS), regulated system compliance, enterprise architecture, cloud, and integration technologies.
Experienced leader of complex technology portfolios and multi-layered technical teams in pharmaceutical or life sciences research IT contexts.
Proven ability to translate complex scientific workflows and R&D needs into integrated, scalable technology strategies and platforms.
Skilled at stakeholder management and governance across global, cross-functional, and matrixed organizations with strong delivery and operational excellence focus.
